Thanks, Pat. The owners say that their unit is two flights of stairs up from the main level parking lot or two flights of stairs down from the upper level parking lot, so even if this IS the building with no elevator, this shouldn't be much of an issue, I suspect.

Dawn Beach doesn't sound particularly appealing, due to the rough surf, but we spend most days at Club Orient and other beaches, anyway.
