Convoy of Hope was the only relief organization on the ground before the hurricane struck they have a 4-star rating and they work through local churches and nonprofit organization I just spoke to them and you can designate that your funds go toward the BVI. The Red Cross Spends a high amount on admin costs. https://www.convoyofhope.org/
