LeeLee, If you scroll down a bit among the posts here, there is a whole thread devoted to the Ocean Club. It sounds like it’s history and since the rumors over the past year or two indicate the owners were trying to sell it, I wouldn’t be surprised if they took their insurance money, cleaned it up and sold the property outright.
