I ran in to her on the property last week, introduced myself, and extended your greetings. She commented that she was pleased to have some of your glass work, and we agreed you are a talented artist.

Tonight was the manager's party, and she was going around introducing herself to everyone. I started to tell her we had talked last week, and she interrupted, calling me by name. What an impressive memory! She then asked if the wifi in my room had improved. She had read my Divi recap on one of the social media sites and obviously felt bad that there was a less than positive comment. (She did agree that I had made several positive comments.) She said she was going to send a tech guy to my room tomorrow because everyone should have wifi access in their rooms. I am impressed with her.
