I guess you are talking about the physical ashes being in a clear container INSIDE the outer box, but there is no way they would know whether they are in a clear container or not, unless it says that on the certificate. My father in law's cremains were in a wood-look box, which was clearly NOT a clear container and they NEVER opened it. They swabbed it for explosives, but the outside box was definitely NOT clear.
