I don't have a number for Desparado but I will get it from Dan and message you, they just left for Vancouver BC to look at a Farr 60. In fact Trendy and I just got back from the market in Castries after showing Dan & Em the way to the buses to Vieux Fort since they are traveling with carry on only.
We always used Jean Claude, AKA Mr. Fabulous, but he met a woman and has been living in Martinique for the past couple years. It was a whole facetime ritual when he entrusted our business to Desparado, Big Mama does actual the cooking, but it does seem like our lobsters are bigger than the ones at some of the other tables. Feel free to mention Skyelark when you book with him. They have a couple more Grenadine charters coming up this season, so who knows you may cross paths.
