I have never eaten any of those fish except swordfish. Being from Massachusetts I eat cod and haddock. How do they compare to the previously mentioned? the wahoo probably would be the closest to cod. I eat cod and haddock but on island I love the red snapper. One of the best I've had was at Rosemary's in Marigot waterfront near the open-air market. She offered it grilled or fried.
