I don't know who owns Yellow Sub now. Pre-Irma, it was owned by Bruno and managed by a lovely young lady who used to be a waitress at Le Cottage. Pre-Irma, we dined there a couple of times and it was lovely. Don't know about now. Perhaps the waitress was just having a bad day that day. People often report being ignored at various restaurants, even on the Dutch side, so I'm not entirely sure one can totally blame it on a 'French thing"... Doesn't make it right, but it happens.
