I'm assuming Scotia Bank will go away sooner rather than later since it's pulling out of SXM and is selling to another bank, this one from the Caribbean I believe. Scotia Bank had (has) a deal with Bank of America under which thanks to reciprocity there are no transaction charges for ATM use. Has anyone heard whether B of A will have that kind of agreement with any other Bank doing business on SXM?
