Hmmm, well to each their own. We love villas in Terres Basses, and condos Orient village. Then we go to St Barts and stay in a villa with private pool and a 270 degree view. At least once or twice a year since 1999. This is what I like to call our Non-negotiable vacation. We go no matter what.
