Probably so but hopefully not. Two years ago we stayed at a condo on that street and it was a horrible mess trying to get in or out. Car free for all parked blocks away made it about impossible to get down that narrow road. Then later in the day you have have hordes of people many overly Inebriated trying to drive or walk out. We saw many dented fender. I’d say if your going park far away and walk in and leave early.
