So Wai Place is in between Bikini (green chairs and umbrellas) and the new Kontiki (dark red chairs and umbrellas). Sounds like a great location. Just curious if you have encountered any traffic issues or blockages between the Dutch and French sides? I'm trying to monitor this situation since we are eight weeks away from our next visit. Sounds as if all is moving along well as long as you avoid Rue de Sandy Ground (which would not be a route I have ever traveled to reach the Orient Beach area).

Glad to hear that Air Transat went well for you. We often fly out of Toronto when traveling to Europe, but it's usually with Lufthansa via Air Canada. I'll have to check Air Transat out the next time around.
