I thought the timeline from Diamond was that they planned to receive back the property from the construction around August and then ready it for occupation after that, with a very fuzzy timeline as to how long it would take after they receive back the property. So, not putting any furniture or furnishings etc., in till after August? Just stocking the units will take quite some time, I would think. Regardless, I doubt it will happen by then.

Regarding the noise from Roxxy, the electronic music festival is over this weekend, I think, so maybe the noise will calm down then. Noise has a weird way of traveling. We often hear bass from SOMEWHERE down toward Karakter or beyond, way down at Beachside Villas.
