Interesting article from the Guardian which lays out a complex management structure between Carnival Corp (CCL) as we know it and how that translate to to Carnival Australia who from what I read had a figurehead in charge.

Article seems to angle that Carnival was in a poor position before Corona virus and obviously it is worse off now.
