On the Northside - between Congo and Lovango there are quite a few places to anchor - again the current can be strong and contrary to the wind. .
So I would believe that anchoring here would be best with settled weather and wind more from SE. Can you get comfortable with tradewinds from due east? Looks like a nice place to experience.
