amurphy08 Traveler A Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 2,130 Vieques, PR	Pretty acurate. You cannot get into the areas as they are closed off and signage is up everywhere. Still LOTS of beautifule beaches here. But by boat you can view the 10 plus in the still restricted areas.
