Sounds like there are more than a few villa owners on this forum. We have a sail boat in a charter fleet (in the BVI) and we have been talking about mixing in some time on land in between our owner-time charters. In other words, stay in the BVI for a month or two....two weeks on boat, two weeks on island, rinse and repeat. I would be interested getting more info.
