Zanshin Traveler Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 2,524 Grenada	Andiamo - only U.S. flagged vessels can be chartered out of U.S. waters. The majority of BVI-based charter boats have a different flag and thus cannot be chartered from the USVI.
