I'm really confused by the scenario you are describing, but suggest you check out VRBO. There are a TON of places for rent in Orient Village. Should be something available there that would work.

I checked VRBO quickly and they have sort of the same mix of extremely pricey accommodation as booking.com etc. This post was a cry for much cheaper alternatives. 4000-12000 $US for two weeks is unfortunately completely out of the question right now.
