NEW RULES--for the time being, ANYONE can answer to name the picture, and IF you don't have a picture of your own to post, with that person's permission you can name someone else to post a new picture for you. For now, Kim (Sandsailsun) is agreeing to post a new picture for anyone that doesn't have one.

So, again, a person who DOESN'T have a picture to post can still answer, so long as they have someone who agrees to post a picture for them...
