Well it is getting busy in the Riviera Maya, resort capacities are up from ~20% to over ~70%, and it looks like there is a lot of activity with long-term condo rentals based on long-term car rentals reported by agencies. And of course since there are no real entry requirements spring breakers will be raising the numbers.
