And very important to folks without international healthcare coverage visiting for 6 months or less - get a good trip insurance policy with decent medical and medical coverage limits. We use comprehensive trip insurance policies like Allianz and other insurers provide.
And of course most policies do not cover injuries sustained during recreational/adventure activities, look at policy riders for that coverage…
