Just don't be that boat flying the Q flag in Great Harbour or White Bay JVD........amazed how folks don't seem to understand where they should and should not be. Honestly - we were not told we had to remove the yellow flag ourselves. And frankly didn't know what it was for as we were not told. We were at JVD and the locals questioned if we were in quarantine. Then they told us about the flag. So, I went out and took it down. So, when you get your Day 4 results and are clear - remove the flag
