Traced to a male tourist. Wonder what the odds are he traveled through SXM prior to taking the ferry over to Anguilla?
And how did you arrive at that? From the article "Permanent Secretary Foster Rogers said this is a cluster of cases of unknown origin rather than from community spread." No mention of a male tourist. How the heck is 3 cases a "CLUSTER"? What a bunch of crap! IF this is accurate, there has to be a case or two on SXM that involves a tourist.
