We've been coming to "our" island for the last 20 years. We've stayed in so many lovely places on both sides of the island. Our go to place for the last 12 years or so has always been Beachside villa's. My catch phrase for this lovely place is: "You will want for nothing"!!! For us, it has everything we want in a lovely place to stay. The villa's are really nice, full kitchen, ( we don't always want to go out for meals) full AC! Dish TV, the view is spectacular!! You CAN'T beat this anywhere on the island tip to toe. Open balcony door, on your own beach!! There are beach chairs, deck chairs, table for dinning out on the deck! Full size living room!! Did I mention the lovely pool with a gazebo and pool chairs. No worries, they provide fluffy beach towels too!! IMHO, it is very safe to stay at BSV, it is gated with gate codes you will receive in advance, they change frequently as well.
