Ahoy Captains,
Sorry, Please do not go into, or plan to go into, Trellis Bay, or any other non-Quarantine Anchorage, without the all the Crew having Negative Test Results in hand. Yes, sorry, it is the internet, of course I apologize for not properly qualifying "Please consider Lunch in Trellis Bay for the Day you are expecting Test Results". Any prospective Sail Plan should be Quantitatively Subjective to Changes in Safe Operating Limits - Such as the delay or absence of a timely medical test result, weather, crew and vessel limitations, fuel/water/provisions, the need for parts & labor, logistics regarding your point of departure and future points of arrival, etc. I would strongly support a very conservative Sail Plan based on Limited Expectations regarding the timeliness of test results, perhaps no less than 48 hours for testing, subject to factors such as Where and When the tests are administered, and full observance of the Quarantine Protocols.
Fair Winds, Brent from the Captains Compass
