The US has reached the 40% Vaccination rate where the magic seems to start. Rates are dropping rapidly and in a few more weeks will be extremely low. Perhaps the BVI is reconsidering the entry process and it will get more user friendly. Israel with a 60% vaccination rate has virtually eradicated covid.
