If your test is at noon on Monday, 24 hours is noon on Tuesday, 48 hours is noon on Wednesday, 72 hours is noon on Thursday, 96 hours is noon on Friday and 120 hours is noon on Saturday. So, if you test at noon on Monday, and your last flight leaves the US bound for SXM before noon on Saturday, then the test is timely.
