Thanks for taking the time to post a report! I actually can't conceive of anyone that would leave their credit card and walk away at a restaurant. That is just crazy!
I have to tell you though, regarding sandhill cranes, from someone who lives here, I generally call them "those stupid birds"!! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Laugh.gif" alt="" /> They have a tendency to stand in the middle of the road, and when you come up on them in a car, they seem to be in no hurry to move! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/duh.gif" alt="" />
