There is a very occasional ferry. One leaves Thursday, May 1st from St John and Red Hook going to Fajardo. It returns Sunday, May 4th. Call Transportation Services of St John 340-776-6282. BTW, the ferry is the Caribe Cay. Its usual route is Red Hook to Cruz Bay.
