I agree that this was informative. I do not understand your question on "How much longer will South Africa keep Producing..." Nobody is producing this. It is an over bloom of a natural product. The narrator does mention that one of the multifactorial influences is the increased runoff of nutrients into the ocean and cites South Africa as one of the sources. There is enough blame to be shared by the whole population as increased water temperature is a huge factor as well. Until we seriously start to address Climate Change we will continue to see devastation of our natural resources. Thanks for the clarification, I did not get the statement as well. It left me shaking my head.
