Our trades are booked through Holiday Inn Vacation Club. HIVC manages our home resort in Wisconsin, the Grand Geneva. It's the old Playboy Club Resort. 2 large hotels, waterpark, ski hill, and 2 golf courses as well as over 100 timeshare units. They provide a version of RCI as well as Interval for external trades. I called one of their travel counselors today and was told that only properties with availability appear when searching for a trade. There is -0- availability for me or any other HIVC owner at this time with either RP or Flamingo. That's why RP and Flamingo do not appear when I search for SXM trades. There may be availability for other RCI members but that doesn't matter to me as I cannot access it with my membership. It was not an easy answer as I spent nearly an hour on hold waiting for a real person to answer because the electronic system could not give me the info I needed.
