At BSV now, pretty much business as usual. Windy today and hot..big waves here in front of the units. Definitely busier than our visits last December and April. More cruise excursions, crowd at Sunset, etc. Police very visible last night in Simpson Bay and Maho areas, had very good effect on the scooter and motorcycle issues.
Airport was a snap. Went from plane to BSV including rental car pickup in about an hour. Our luggage was waiting on the belt, and the line from the bus all the way through Covid docs and immigration never stopped. What a change from nearly 3 hour wait last year.
Nasty wheel busting pot holes on road just in front of little parking spot for driftwood..very deep and jagged edges just right for ruining a wheel and tire. One car at a time through there.
Let me know if any questions..will answer best I can. Back to the beach.
Cheers!
