We all have our guy. But for me it's about service, after being shuttled back to the lot. Take care of the paperwork, dealing with traffic in our NYC winter cloths. I had it. I wanted a guy that takes care of all that with the car and the paperwork on sight! No more old beat up cars with old car problems. Someone, who when I contacted them, they returned my call or text/FB message with in a business day. We have been VERY happy with SAX rentals these last few trips!!
