They will take that pdf from eMed - the real question is about the test at the terminal. The new rules say that if the test was conducted within 48 hours of the trip (2 days, really) that you won't need the test in Road Town. Those rules change came after I made the trip, so don't know exactly how the ferry people do that.

Honestly, though, doing the test at the dock in Road Town was easy, reasonably quick, and the only down side to it was the $50 charge. Everyone was nice, and it took my group of 7 maybe 45 minutes total until we were in the taxi on the way to the boat. Just do the Road Town Patient Registration Form before you get to Road Town (internet sucks at the terminal - we all did ours while waiting for the ferry in CA).

I'm sure someone who has done it since the change will chime in.
