Kim, I agree that we shouldn't have needed to, but we were required to fill out the paper contact form and take that to the counter. I showed the agent who was standing at a table outside the lines that we had our boarding passes on our phones and had no bags to check, and she still required to us to turn in that contact form at the counter, where our passports were checked and paper boarding passes were printed.
