not quite understanding your request. We have a boat in BVI and mail to a P.O. Box in Crown Bay, it's $25 a month and you can rent only one month. They prefer you pick up within a few days of delivery. Why pick up in October and store until December? USPS Priority will arrive in 3-5 days. West Marine is very USVI friendly
