Lancer--funny story!! I would have sent it back, as I cannot stand any kind of raw fish, sushi, etc.
You would send back food when you made a mistake in ordering it? I can understand (although I almost never do) sending back food that's prepared improperly, but if I make a mistake and order the wrong thing, that's on me, not the restaurant.
