You pay a fair amount of $$ (depending on what services you enlist) and are supposedly taken to the front of all lines I have read elsewhere some good reviews and also some less than stellar reviews. It was also mentioned that as of Nov. 1, the airport had stopped allowing the service. I have no idea if that is accurate or not. It is an independent person or company that does this and is not (supposedly) directly affiliated with the airport itself.
