Bonjour everyone we are here! Zoomed onto the runway in 4 hours flat. We did a 360 at warp speed at the runway turnabout!! Chased in!
1 hour from landing to greeting Gus waving at us! What a sight! That's epic speed for Sunday after air France & KLM & spirit! So anybody new coming in pack patience & don't panic when you get into the baggage area. Sunday was a zoo. But an sxm lady & gentleman were walking around she asked what airline? I said WestJet she clucked a bit & said KLM just getting off the only carousel then spirit then us. There was barely a spot to stand but at least we now knew one airline at a time. Yay! I stayed against a wall with our carry-ons out of the way while my hubby watched for luggage he found one & a nice man from Connecticut pushed it back to me & people moved aside to let him through when he saw the other one. We were only lined outside for maybe 1/2 hr. I had packed small sunscreen, hat & we each had a small water just in case. We have a giant fluorescent duct tape in an L on luggage so it's easy to spot! Off we went to Mon Reve & Gus has the rental cars here & off to dinner at Bistro de la mer.
