Chartered out of TMM last spring and anchored there. Left North Sound later with no need to rush to play the mooring ball game.
Reefs to the north and south of Sid's are clearly visible on the way in. Pick somewhere in-between an ease in toward shore. Bottom comes up slowly so pick your depth and look for a sandy spot to drop.
We sent in an away team to scout out the beach. Beach in front of Sid's was very steep so we found easier access to the north. Do pull dingy up a way and secure to avoid the occasional rouge wave! Bring bug spray and let Sid take care of everything else.
We slid over to the mooring field the next morn before the conga line of boats arrived.
