A very interesting report, Robin. Sorry it wasn't as good as expected, but you still have November in the books. The Canadian Government has issued a travel warning for SXM because of the power black-outs there. Hopefully that will be lifted by November. The island needs to get their act together or they will be losing many tourists this year !
