Just got back from a two night business trip to St. Thomas. Stayed at the Marriott Frenchman's Reef and it was great.
Dinner at the Banana Tree Grille the first night. My first visit there. I thought the food was very good, the view and service excellent. I highly recommend it. Dinner the second night at Craig and Sally's. This was a return visit. The food was outstanding, the serivce friendly and Craig is always entertaining.
For fun one afternoon we rented a boat from Awesome Powerboat Rentals in Red Hook. We went to St. John and as far as West End. We were later told that we shouldn't have gone into Soper's Hole without clearing first. Oh well. We stopped at several beaches on the north shore of St. John, picked up a mooring buoy and enjoyed a beautiful afternoon, although the swells out of the north were pretty strong.
All in all, a very good trip. Other business trips this year will have a hard time matching up with this one!
