It's a shame they don't have a separate line for those who have completed the entry form online.
ALL the kiosks are supposed to be for those that have filled out the form online (thus the signs above them stating that fact) ..but...there are so many that have no clue about the form that they divert a bunch to the kiosks because manned passport control gets overwhelmed
