JD--Agreed. We all know that visitors have unlimited funds, so what's another $15?? (Sarcasm very much intended.)
IF one knew the funds were actually spent as intended, it would be one thing but we all know there is no corruption, political graft or "lining of the pockets" on the island, sarcasm intended as well.
