Greetings! It has been a LONG time while since I have posted. We just returned from a charter with Dream Yacht on a Bali 4.6. This might not be be the most nimble of sailing cats, but what a spectacular yacht for a large crew! The water maker, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, and "garage door" salon/cockpit design were game changers for us.

We took a flyer on Elite Culinaire for some meal prep and were thrilled with the service and food. Preparing meals for ten on a yacht can be a challenge to say the least. Chef prepared Caribbean-inspired meals that simply needed reheating. We ordered short ribs, chicken, salmon, snapper and lentil stew for the mains. For sides, she offers sweet potatoes, rice and beans, plantains, and mango salsa to name a few. We also order home made bagels, English muffins, cheesecake and Key Lime pie. Our crew gave it rave reviews and our galley crew were happy with the easy prep. If you are looking to push the "easy button" for some meals, I highly recommend.

A couple of other shout-outs to folks who offered excellent service on our trip: Letica and L&S Car Rental at Leverick Bay, the watersports team at BEYC (my crew wanted to sail Hobies and check out the Seabobs and e-foils), the "Doctor" at Soggy Dollar.

Cheers!
