You put that in the portal using a phone or tablet when you got to ferry dock? (While at the Pump Room.)

I went back and read the fine print.

Once the form is completed, the Immigration and Customs receipts are to be saved to your mobile device or printed and presented to Immigration and Customs upon arrival.
