There are so many to choose from... I'll start with
Carriacou: Anse la Roche and Tim's Bar/Restaurant ashore. There's a path up the hill behind the huts that is a nice walk (you can take a detour to find some ruins and cannon) to a dirt road, which can extend the hike to go around to the northern end of the island.
