I have never used this company before but had occasion to contact them (Bob) regarding an up-coming trip and I was very pleased with their rapid response and willingness to make things work beyond the scope of their typical rentals. This is just a reminder that they're out there since I had forgotten all about them until they were recommended to me in a private conversation.
