If it's your first sail to Anegada, go to BVIPirate.com and get Walker's instructions for the approach. And if you only have one day to spend? Don't try to do more than just hang out on the beach and enjoy yourself - if you can rent a vehicle, you could hit both Loblolly and Cow Wreck on the same day if you get there early enough - Loblolly has good snorkeling, Cow Wreck is really the place to finish the day. If you head to Anegada from the North Sound, that's your best bet.
